Support

Write to us

The fastest route is inside the app: Deen → Your account → Help & support → Write to us. That form carries the app version and your account’s email, so nothing has to be explained twice.

By email, use the address that matches the question:

Please do not include passwords or other people’s private information in a message to us.

Safety concerns come first

A message sent under the category Safety concern is read before anything else. If you notice someone photographing entrances, asking unusual questions about schedules, or an account behaving strangely in the app, tell your masjid’s administrators and write to us. In an emergency, call 911.

Reporting a member or a message

Every profile and every message has a report and a block control. Reports go to your own masjid’s administrators and imams, who must act within 24 hours. The author is never told who reported them. False reports are themselves a violation. The Community Guidelines set out the standard and the process.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app: Deen → Your account → Privacy → Delete my account. Deletion removes your profile, your memberships, your messages and your presence records. Copies in routine backups are removed within 30 days. If you cannot reach the app, write to privacy@worshipaz.com from the email address on the account and we will do it for you.

You can also request a copy of your data from the same screen.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel one in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple. The Terms of Service cover what a plan includes.

Donations

Donations are processed by Stripe on behalf of the masjid and appear on your statement under the masjid’s name. Receipts, refunds, zakat eligibility and year-end letters are the masjid’s responsibility — contact the masjid directly.

Something is broken

Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. If you can, turn on Share crash diagnostics in the app first — Apple’s MetricKit then sends us a stack trace once a day, containing no messages, no location and no names, only where in the code the problem happened. You can switch it off again at any time.
