Worship A-Z Cookie Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026 · Version 1.1
This Cookie Policy explains how AfriNetPro LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Barro Services LLC company, uses cookies and similar technologies on the Worship A-Z websites and the Worship A-Z administrator console (together, the "Web Services"). It is part of our Privacy Policy.
1. The iOS app does not use cookies
The Worship A-Z iPhone app does not use cookies, web tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers. It stores your sign-in session and your preferences (language, accessibility, guidance, and dhikr settings) in the app's own private storage on your device, and nowhere else. This policy therefore applies to the Web Services only.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that keep data on your device. We refer to all of these as "cookies" below.
3. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary. When an administrator signs in to the console, the browser keeps a short-lived session token so that each request can be verified. Without it, the console cannot work. We also keep the current masjid selection and the console's environment check for the duration of your visit.
Preferences. If the Web Services remember a choice you make (for example a collapsed panel or a language), that choice is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to us for any other purpose.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, cross-site tracking, or social-media plug-ins on the Web Services. No cookie on the Web Services is set by an advertiser or data broker.
4. How long cookies last
Session tokens expire when you sign out or after a short period of inactivity, and are deleted when you close the browser or sign out. Preference data stays until you clear your browser storage.
5. Your choices
Because we only use strictly necessary and preference cookies, the Web Services do not show a consent banner. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; if you block the session cookie, you will not be able to sign in to the administrator console. Instructions for common browsers are available from their makers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge).
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you across websites, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control signals by continuing not to sell or share your personal information.
7. Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy, show the change before it takes effect, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
